cme_peg owns the mint authority and a two-bin DLMM position: the ask holds protocol-minted CAD in the first bin above the feed price, the bid holds the USDC the ask collected in the bin at or below it. Buying takes coin from the ask, selling returns it to the bid at the feed price less the bin step. Target inventory 2,798.65 CAD; the keeper refills the ask when it falls under 50% of it.
